These terms apply to all users of the Service, including students, parents, and guardians.

2. Description of Service

AIDU Academy is an AI-powered exam preparation platform for AP exams. The Service includes:

• Original multiple choice practice questions (MCQ)
• AI-graded free response questions (FRQ)
• Personalized progress tracking and predicted AP score
• Unit-by-unit study materials and explanations

3. Original Content & Intellectual Property

All content on AIDU Academy, including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, UI design, and software code, is the intellectual property of AIDU Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

"AP®" and "Advanced Placement®" are registered trademarks of College Board, which is not affiliated with AIDU Academy.

4. Subscription & Payment

AIDU Academy offers a subscription-based service with the following terms:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy after the first billing date. Refund requests can be submitted to hello@getaidu.com

5. Account Registration

To use AIDU Academy, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

One account is permitted per user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or distribute access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our content or software
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

AIDU Academy uses artificial intelligence to grade free response questions and generate personalized feedback. Please be aware that:

• AI grading is provided for educational practice purposes only
• AI feedback may not perfectly replicate official AP exam grading standards
• Predicted AP scores are estimates based on practice performance and are not guaranteed

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIDU Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the predicted AP scores will reflect actual exam results.

AIDU Academy is an independent study tool and is not a substitute for official AP preparation materials or classroom instruction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIDU Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to AP exam results.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
